Sadly, this picture does NOT do this skirt justice! It is my MUST HAVE for this summer! It's the perfect length. And it is made out of 89% cotton and 11% spandex (so just a tad of stretch). I tucked in my white forever 21 v-neck to it, threw on some gold jewelry and it was so simple and comfortable! Only $7.50 at Forever 21! And I firmly believe that this skirt is a winner for all bottom shapes. Enjoy!
