Calling all locals

Walgreens on La Paz and Aliso Creek (and maybe others) have a HUGE bin of ribbed tank tops (aka wife beaters) on sale for 50 cents right now! I got a grey one and wore it under a cardigan today. Fits great and I don't have to worry about getting spit up on or sticky fingered for that price. I think I may head back and get some more for work outs. Great for sleeping in too!

Sadly, the days of aiming my face towards the sun to get color are loooong gone. It is all about shading it now for protection and keeping wrinkles away (they are still coming though). I must give credit where credit is due. My dear friend Kristi got me this cup for my birthday and I am completely obsessed! It's BPA free, dishwasher safe and keeps my water cool! I love bringing it on my long drives to LA or just around town doing errands. The lid stays on perfectly tight so spilling is never a worry! And it is not half bad looking either. You can get it at bed, bath and beyond or amazon. I am sure more places sell it too. It's only around $8. You'll end up saving a lot of money on water bottles and I love that it's helping save the earth as well! Enjoy.

I always have a hard time shopping for fall clothes in JULY at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. Forever in love

Sadly, this picture does NOT do this skirt justice! It is my MUST HAVE for this summer! It's the perfect length. And it is made out of 89% cotton and 11% spandex (so just a tad of stretch). I tucked in my white forever 21 v-neck to it, threw on some gold jewelry and it was so simple and comfortable! Only $7.50 at Forever 21!
